We ship worldwide and all orders are trackable via your country's national shipping service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.)
Our Standard Shipping times are currently averaging 4-15 business days, following a 1-5 business day processing time. Please allow extra time during the holiday season. Sometimes products will arrive in separate packages to expedite shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

If after 8 weeks you do not receive your item, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you entered the correct information on the checkout page. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the postal carrier.
For International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, fees, tariffs, or any other government fees, lost packages in your home country, natural weather events, public holidays, or any other issues. Please check with your home country’s policies in regard to taxes/duties.
